Congratulations to Our First Four Launch Community Graduates!
Ready to launch! A hearty round of congratulations is in order for the inaugural cohort of NorthGate’s Launch community. Their dedication has paid off as they exit the program with new skills and accomplishments, positioning them to move up within the organization.
NorthGate’s new enrichment service, Launch, inducted its first cohort of graduates including: Rickie Day, NEC Fork Truck Driver; Paul Ford, CCRC Claims Assistant; Antonio Jones, NEC Production Associate; and Mykel Thompson, NEC Dock Coordinator.
NorthGate Launch is an eight-week lunch-and-learn program, during which employees receive training on a variety of topics, including NorthGate’s business model, production and safety best practices, career planning, human resources, conflict resolution, and more! The program is offered for one hour, two days per week over lunch.
