The short version: we collect what you send us through our forms, we add anonymous analytics only if you allow it, and we don't sell your information.
When you fill out our contact or quote form we collect what you send us: your name, company, work email, phone, and the details of your packaging or logistics requirement, including any drawings you upload. If you send a resume, we collect what's in it.
If you allow analytics cookies, our provider records standard technical information — browser, device, referring page, and which pages you view. That data is aggregated and tells us which pages are useful.
On your first visit you'll see a banner asking whether to allow analytics cookies. Nothing beyond what the site needs to function loads until you choose. If you reject, no analytics or tag-management scripts load at all.

Our providers see only what they need to do their job: Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for site analytics (with consent), ZoomInfo for business contact information, and our email and hosting providers for delivering and storing what you submit.
ZoomInfo is a business-to-business data provider and handles business contact details, not personal consumer data. You can opt out with them directly at zoominfo.com/about/privacy-center.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. NorthGate operates in the United States, so information you send us is processed there.
Contact messages: 24 months. Quote requests, specifications, and drawings: 7 years, so we can support reorders and warranty questions. Resumes: 12 months. Analytics: up to 14 months. After that we delete it or strip it of anything that identifies you.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for analytics at any time. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify who you are first. Some records we're legally required to keep.
If you're in the EEA or UK and unsatisfied with our response, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
