What Are Be Ready Mentorship Sessions?
The Be Ready Mentorship Sessions are an extension of NorthGate’s Launch program, designed to continue the growth and development of its graduates. These monthly sessions provide a structured space for participants to engage with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights, career guidance, and leadership development. Through meaningful discussions and real-world advice, mentees refine their skills, expand their knowledge, and develop strategies to navigate their careers successfully. By fostering ongoing learning and connection, the mentorship sessions empower employees to take the next steps in their professional journeys at NorthGate and beyond.
How It Works
Regular Check-Ins: Ongoing meetings ensure progress tracking and continuous improvement.
Held After Launch Program Graduation: These sessions are specifically designed for graduates of the Launch Program, taking place after the conclusion of the Launch Graduation.
Monthly Sessions: Since September, mentorship sessions have been held once a month, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
Group Sessions: Interactive workshops featuring guest speakers, industry leaders, and skill-building activities.
NorthGate Leadership Involvement: Guest speakers are typically members of the NorthGate leadership team, providing valuable insights and firsthand industry knowledge.
