Ready to launch! A hearty round of congratulations is in order for the 2024 cohort of NorthGate’s Launch community. Their dedication has paid off as they exit the program with training in executive leadership, emotional intelligence, and workplace stability, positioning them to move up within the organization.
NorthGate’s enrichment service, Launch, inducted its 2024 cohort of graduates including: Amy Perkins, Calvin Miller, Diandre Johnson, Earl Dixon II, Garrett McElwee, Kaneeya Jackson, Selina Hayes, Shantrell Edwards, Shaun Washington Sr, Sheonka Spicer, and Sylvia Miller.
NorthGate Launch is an eight-week program, during which employees receive training on a variety of topics, including NorthGate’s business model, production and safety best practices, career planning, human resources, conflict resolution, and more!
